Island Posts is an online media publication featuring the Caribbean’s top events, regattas, festivals, and on occasion, news headline.
Created in January 2010, Island Posts was designed to highlight the best in entertainment from the Caribbean community including, Barbados, Grenada, Antigua, Jamaica, Cuba, Trinidad, and the entire region.
“The objective of Island Posts is to be the top events site with the best content and relevant information for the region,” said Daedrian McNaughton, founder of Island Posts.
The online magazine features events such as the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival, Trinidad Carnival, and a host of other premiere events throughout the region. IP will reach out to the Caribbean community to tell their stories through interviews with heads of state and others.

Daedrian McNaughton hails from the beautiful island of Jamaica, and is currently residing in Miami. She has been involved in the creation and development of IslandPosts.com, AlexShay.com, and PremierGuideMiami.com. Daedrian has studied the travel industry intensively, and her varied professional experiences makes her an expert in travel related services.
